oil and gas lease, seeking to quiet title thereto against
defendants (appellees), Wyman M. Warren and Morris G. Veverka,
who are the record owners of an overriding royalty interest
assigned to them by plaintiff under a prior lease, which
terminated without production and was released of record before
plaintiff, in good faith, acquired its interest in its new lease
in controversy.
